How much is the shipping?
Within Switzerland we ship from 2.90 euros. To Germany, Austria, France and Italy you only pay 4.90 euros. The costs for worldwide shipping start at 9.90 euros. You can see the exact shipping price in the shopping cart.
How long does it take?
We usually send your order the next working day after ordering.
We send by priority mail and you get one box for every 2 pairs of socks.
Duration:
approx. 1-2 working days for orders in Switzerland
approx. 4-7 working days for orders in Europe
about 7-14 business days for orders worldwide
Who do you ship with?
With the Swiss Post. Orders to the EU are sent with Deutsche Post (DHL Warenpost) if possible.
Does the shipment fit in the storage box?
Sure, of course. We try to always ship your order in such a way that it
fits in your filing box and you can easily receive your delivery,
even if you're not at home. If you have placed a larger order,
that does not fit, the post office will inform you of this in the shipment notification.
Do you ship in neutral packaging?
We send content-neutral and without stating our shop on the packaging.
I don't live in Switzerland? Can I still buy Sox from you?
Yes, you can order our Sox worldwide, but with higher shipping costs. Simply put the Sox in your shopping cart and check the displayed shipping costs. Depending on the country and order quantity, customs fees may apply.
Can I also pick up my order somewhere?
All shipments that we send fit in den in Switzerlandstorage box. If this is not the case, we will inform you in advance and you are welcome to enter a MyPost24 station. Our Sox may come in a box, but they are usually still considered letter mail and are therefore not normally delivered to MyPost24 machines. We only ship large orders as a package. In the EU, we usually ship with DHL Warenpost. Delivery to DHL Packstation is possible.
Can I return my order?
You can return your order within 10 days of delivery
and then get the money back. However, we only take back Sox,
which are unworn and in their original packaging. You pay the postage for the return yourself.
PAY
How can I pay?
Pay for your order via PayPal, with your credit/debit card, per Bank transfer or with Klarna. Swiss customers can also pay with TWINT. Choose the payment option "manual" at checkout. We will send you a payment request via TWINT after you have placed your order.
Are there any fees when paying?
We do not charge any additional fees. Please note that depending on the payment method, fees from the financial service provider may apply. A customs fee may apply to shipments outside of Switzerland. Please note the import regulations in your country.
Can I also pay later?
No, we only ship after you have paid.
