Easter Berlin 2024: Tips for carefree days

Traditionally, Berlin turns into a mecca for fetish boys and all kinksters with a passion for Easter at Easter. With a large selection of parties and events, your visit needs to be well prepared. Here you will find our tips for a worry-free Easter Berlin:

1. Party overview

You can find an overview on the Easter Berlin website. We have of course listed all relevant sportswear events in our calendar . The calendar from the scene magazine Siegessäule is also helpful. It's not just various events that make it so attractive. It feels like the whole world meets in the trendy bars and the selection on Grindr is like a land of milk and honey.

2. Secure tickets in advance

Be sure to buy tickets in advance for the big parties (where possible - not for the Snax!). Berlin is packed at Easter and the events sell out quickly.

3. Maintain patience and composure

Berlin is sexy and offers plenty of space to live it up. But Berlin is also messed up and disorganized. Be prepared for long lines. Once you're in it, it's fun. Berghain invites you to the infamous Snax party in Lab and Berghain. A gigantic kinky rave with probably the longest queue of all events. Queuing is a formal celebration here. Many of the homos are too excited and impatient. People push forward in line as much as they can, and the situation in the crowd can become very uncomfortable and dangerous. A dose of calm will help you get through the unpleasant moments.

4. Have cash and card ready

People still love cash in Berlin. So you do well to always have enough cash with you. But be careful: There are also clubs where you can only pay by card. And clubs where you can pay for drinks with a card, but only pay for snacks with cash. It's quite simple, isn't it?

5. Bring a bag for the cloakroom

Easter falls early this year, and it's quite possible that you'll have to wear clothes over your gear while queuing. When dropping off at the cloakroom, it is most convenient to bring your own bag in which you can store all your things. Some clubs also provide bags.

6. Understanding Berlin humor

Although they are dependent on the guests, you are not always treated like a king in Berlin. The Berliner can be direct and sometimes a bit harsh. This is normal - accept it as part of the city's charm.

7. Bolt and Uber for good connections

From a quickie in the afternoon to dinner with friends and then to the party? With the Bolt or Uber apps you can get from A to B quickly and, above all, cheaply.

8. BER Runway for a stress-free departure

Tired and perhaps hungover, the journey back is often not the most pleasant part. If you are flying back from BER, be sure to book a slot for the security checks in advance. This will save you the last queue of the weekend.

We wish you a lot of fun at Easter Berlin!
