Fetishgear made of PVC, nylon and imitation leather in comparison

We all love to throw on cool gear and look sexy and sporty. Whether for a party or a hot date - today we're comparing the materials PVC, nylon and imitation leather for you and looking at the advantages and disadvantages they have.

PVC

Let's start with PVC. This material is definitely the classic among kinky clothes. What do we love about it? It sticks so well to the skin at sweaty parties that you feel like you're wearing a giant rubber raincoat. But that's not all. PVC is also super easy to clean and can simply be wiped off with a damp cloth. This makes it perfect for anyone who doesn't want to spend hours washing their clothes.

However, there are also disadvantages. PVC is not the most breathable material and can quickly make you sweat. We think that's great, but if you don't want to sweat that much on a long night of partying, then don't. There is also sometimes the problem that PVC becomes sticky after a while and starts to discolor.

nylon

Now let's move on to nylon. This material is definitely the best choice when it comes to sportiness and functionality. It is super breathable and allows the skin to breathe, making it perfect for longer sporting activities. Nylon is also very light and feels comfortable on the skin. Another advantage is that nylon does not break as quickly as other materials. It also takes up extremely little space in your luggage when you travel because it is so thin.

However, there are disadvantages here too. Nylon is not quite as kinky as PVC or artificial leather and is therefore less suitable for sexy outfits. However, nylon can also be machine washed and dries very quickly - but it can lose its shine over time. Nylon can also be combined really well with sportswear. You can pull your socks over nylon pants because the pants are so thin.

leatherette

Last but not least we have faux leather. This material is perfect for anyone who loves a cool leather look but doesn't want to wear real animal skin. It is very robust and durable, and faux leather is also relatively easy to clean and can simply be wiped down with a damp cloth - however, machine washing is taboo.

However, faux leather also has its disadvantages. It can quickly feel warm and is therefore not necessarily the best choice for long nights of partying. In addition, faux leather can quickly start to smell if it is not properly cared for.

To sum up, each material has its pros and cons. PVC is perfect for those who like it kinky and easy to clean. Nylon is the most flexible and lightweight, easy to wash and breathable. Faux leather is a great choice for those who like the cool leather look but don't want to wear real animal skin. Which do you like best? Let us know with a comment below!

With that in mind: Stay kinky and have fun!
